The Kantonsschule am Brühl St.Gallen with its approx. 600 students and 70 teachers offers the practice-oriented courses Fachmittelschule in five professional fields (FMS), the Informatics Middle School (IMS), and the Business Middle School (WMS).

Assistant to the Principal and the Head of Department FMS
Workload: 80 - 100%

What to expect
- Administrative and organizational support of the principal and the head of department FMS
- Ensuring administrative processes in the FMS
- Managing correspondence with external and internal stakeholders (teachers, students, parents, internship companies)
- Organization of instrumental lessons for all courses
- Preparation of presentations, minute-taking and follow-up of meetings
- Support in personnel administration
- Organization of school events
What distinguishes you
- Commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally further training as an executive assistant
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the education sector
- Communicative and service-oriented personality, flawless German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good IT user skills
- Team player, high initiative, sense of responsibility and loyalty
- Structured, independent and reliable working style, temporal flexibility
