The Familienheim Cooperative Zurich (FGZ) is a non-profit housing cooperative that creates and rents affordable and attractive living space for all generations. As a large settlement cooperative, it positively shapes life in the Friesenberg district with nearly 2300 residential units and a comprehensive commercial portfolio in Zurich city district 3.We are looking for a committed and professionally qualified person as a Property Manager (80-100%, m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Our Rental and Members department provides all services for our members from apartment rental to moving out. The team advises our tenants in connection with apartment rental and as members of the cooperative, handles the administrative tasks that arise, and ensures the correct application of internal and external regulations. As a member of this team, you are responsible for the commercial management of part of our properties, while property inspections and handovers are carried out by another department.
Your tasks
— You take responsibility for the commercial management of part of our properties and provide comprehensive advice to our tenants regarding the rental of residential and commercial properties.
— You independently prepare rental contracts including all related correspondence and administrative processes. In doing so, you ensure the correct application of our internal and external regulations.
— You handle tenant concerns with empathy.
— Together with the team, you ensure the professional operation of the reception in our administration.
— You coordinate property inspections and handovers with another department.
Your skills
— You have a commercial or comparable professional education as well as further training as a property manager and have initial professional experience in the real estate sector.
— You have solid IT user skills in MS Office as well as tools for property management (ideally RIMO).
— You work in a structured manner and set the right priorities, see yourself as a team player, and are open to change.
