The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offer of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
The Regional Spitex forms an important part of the care offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
Carrying out transports of our residents to the surrounding hospitals (including accompaniment)
Occasionally also carrying out material transports as well as loading and unloading the vehicle
Care and maintenance of the vehicle inside and outside
Collaboration with the Technical Service as well as with our residents and their relatives
Planning one week in advance as well as additional flexible service deployments on call (hourly) spread over the whole week (Monday to Friday)
Target group: from 60 years old (preferably persons of retirement age without fixed employment)
Resident in the catchment area with a maximum travel time of 30 minutes
Driver's license category B
Proven experience in passenger and material transport (mandatory)
German language skills at level B2 in spoken and written
High flexibility and reliability as well as pronounced service orientation
Experience in dealing with elderly people is an advantage
Good physical condition and high resilience
Correct, clean and friendly appearance
