- contributing to the support of interns (1 per year).
Required profile:
- experience in a similar environment;
- mastery of various analysis techniques and related knowledge (hematology, chemistry, and immunohematology, for example);
- proven versatility: you must be able to manage all laboratory analyses (notably performing, validating, and transmitting results);
- ability to understand biological interactions to communicate quality results to clinicians;
- personality that leads you to question the meaning of your daily actions;
- ability to autonomously manage a laboratory during on-call periods (night and weekend).
- ideally, recognized Practitioner Trainer (PF) training or the desire to successfully carry out such a project
Your team spirit will be a key success factor. Your enthusiasm will allow you to easily integrate the current team. Your level of commitment will enable you to contribute to the development of team projects. Finally, in a proactive approach, you master the MS-Office suite, have a quality orientation, and are comfortable with laboratory IT tools and quality management tools.
Education level:
Diploma of Biomedical Analysis Technician ES or equivalent diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
Benefits:
Joining the GHOL laboratory staff means joining a supportive team working transversally with its care partners. You will have value in a human-sized and versatile organization.
