Your tasks

• Ensuring a high quality of care for our clients at home
• Needs assessment according to interRAI until the completion of the care process as the case-leading nursing specialist
• Taking over nursing and administrative tasks
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist offices, and doctors
• Responsibility for the competent, economical, and contemporary management of a well-coordinated team in the deputy function
• Project work and taking on additional tasks

Your profile

• Training as an HF nursing specialist
• Professional experience in the outpatient sector is an advantage 
• Appreciative communication culture and command of the German language in spoken and written form
• Organizational skills and assertiveness
• interRAI HC course or willingness to complete it
