Front Office Employee

For Raiffeisenbank Regio Frick-Mettauertal, a successful and innovative bank headquartered in Frick with branches in Eiken, Gipf-Oberfrick, Herznach, Gansingen, and Stein, we are looking for an independent, committed, and service-oriented personality as a Front Office Employee 80% - 100%.

• Welcoming customers and providing basic advice on-site, by phone, and via video consultation
• Competent and comprehensive basic advice as well as needs-based sales of financial solutions in the areas of payments/savings/provision
• Cross-selling of all financial services
• Administrative tasks in the area of basic customer advice, opening new customer relationships, handling pending matters, accompanying customers in the 24h zone, and accompanying safe deposit box visits
• Incorporation of new processes, systems, and digital channels/content in sales activities

• Experience in customer consulting at a bank
• Openness to new things and a natural enthusiasm
• Strong customer and service orientation – you live your role as a host
• Routine in the efficient use of IT and tools
