Nursing Specialist HF (DN II/AKP/GKP) 80%
What awaits you:
As a nursing specialist, you take on the professionally demanding care, nursing, and preventive support of our clients in their familiar environment.
You conduct needs assessments (RAI-HC), coordinate with doctors and hospitals, and advise relatives.
You professionally document the nursing process and, if desired, contribute to the training and supervision of trainees.
What you bring with you:
- Diploma in Nursing HF or equivalent qualification (DN II, AKP, GKP)
- Professional experience in outpatient care is an advantage
- Enjoyment of personal responsibility and independent work
- Motivation to help shape new things
- Driver's license category B
Your team:
You work team-organized and interdisciplinary with 7–12 colleagues who:
- plan, organize, and decide independently
- flexibly arrange working hours (e.g., focus on evening or weekend shifts)
- independently select new team members
- rely on personal responsibility, trust, and collaboration
