Your Tasks and Perspectives

Co-responsibility for the implementation and assurance of high-quality, professional nursing and care of patients
Support of team members in professional matters as well as close exchange with the nursing ward management and the medical team
Accompaniment and care of complex patient situations
Participation in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions to coordinate nursing and treatment plans
Active shaping of a positive team and clinic culture
