Requirements Profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or SRK recognition
- Several years of experience, ideally in the dementia field
- Motivated, loyal, and supportive
- Responsible, flexible, and independent
- High social competence, respectful interaction
- Interest in innovations
- Good PC skills
- Trainer certificate and RAI experience are an advantage
