YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Participation in the professional management of the cleaning teams
- Participation in the training and further education of employees and trainees in the field; personnel management of the trainees
- Building cleaning (weekly, interim, and deep cleaning)
- Maintenance of sports facilities, green and hard surfaces
- Proper waste disposal
- Assistance in structural maintenance and repair work
- Winter service
- Deputy for the head of facility management during their absence
YOUR PROFILE IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have completed training as a qualified facility management specialist EFZ, specializing in building services, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally have some professional experience and a flair for the requirements of school operations
- Contribute to a constructive exchange with your commitment, pronounced customer orientation, and your engaging manner
- Enjoy engaging in the training of cleaning staff and trainees and are characterized by an independent, efficient, and service-oriented work style
- Have good PC user skills and ideally hold a category B driver's license
