- University degree in law (Master of Law / lic. iur.) or insurance career
- Several years of experience in handling complex claims in the liability and motor vehicle sector
- Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills as well as communication skills
- Convincing oral and written expression
- High social and professional competence
- Enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to provide the best possible solution to the customer
- Confident German and any additional foreign language is an advantage
