Your Tasks
- Ensure a professional and traceable returns and repair process as well as perform expert and timely lock repairs
- Acceptance and execution of repairs as well as preparation of cost estimates
- Perform express repairs in-house or on-site at the customer
- Handling of lock modifications
- Processing returns to suppliers and ensuring information feedback to sales regarding billing to the customer
- Contact person for customers, product managers, and employees on technical questions
- Monitoring and follow-up of repair cases as well as closing support cases including invoicing
- Execution of repairs including documentation to identify product defects
- Incoming inspection of material returns from trade, projects, or supplier repairs
- Assistance in the production of construction orders according to quality specifications using four-eyes control of manufactured products
- Ensuring interfaces to logistics, purchasing, sales, and product management
- Preparation of shop floor meetings including creation of returns statistics
Our Requirements
- Completed technical, mechanical, or electrical training
- Experience in handling and performing repairs and warranties
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Confident German skills; French and Italian are an advantage
