Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for Long-Term Assignment in a TOP Deployment Company!
Activities
- Independent setup, programming, and processing of production parts
- (single pieces and small series) on 5-axis CNC milling machining centers
- Programming the components at the machine or on the Fanuc programming system
- Independent creation and commissioning of the programs
- Determination and presetting of the required tools, clamping and measuring equipment
- Working according to technical drawings
- Quality control of the processed parts
- Support in the training of polymechanic apprentices
- If needed, support of the lathe team (DMG / Mori Seiki machines with bar loader and robot
- Control: Siemens Sinumeric / Caps)
- Maintenance and care of the systems/machines and the associated work equipment
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- Experience with the Fanuc programming system
- Several years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of complex machining and enthusiasm for the world of machining
- High quality awareness and commitment to process optimizations
- Positive, proactive, and motivated personality with professional pride
