- Planning and execution of community events as well as organization of elections and votes
- Development and creation of political matters as well as drafting correspondence for the municipal council and administration
- General secretarial tasks (telephone and counter service, mail processing, management of digital archives)
You bring with you
- Commercial training in a public administration
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong organizational skills
- Discretion, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in collaborating with authorities, administration, and
