Job Description
- Preparation of all dishes from our à la carte and half-board offerings
- Management of the Entremetier or Garde-Manger station (several open positions)
- Quality control of the products to be processed
- Cleaning and maintenance of work utensils and personal area of responsibility
- Co-responsibility for smooth kitchen and service operations
- Preparation work (Mise en place) in the assigned work area
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Training as a cook or ideally proven professional experience
- Advanced knowledge in handling and processing high-quality food
- Enjoyment of demanding and creative work
- High service awareness and strong customer orientation
- High commitment, resilience, and flexibility.
