Your Tasks
You take responsibility for a dignified and professional approach to our residents in your household community. With your modern understanding of care and your high social competence, you handle a wide variety of everyday situations. You bear the daily responsibility in shift work, without night watch. You enjoy supporting and mentoring trainees and employees. As a certified nursing specialist, you are also jointly responsible for the correct implementation of care processes as well as documentation (easyDOK) and performance recording (RAI).
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good knowledge of German
- Open and constructive personality
- Service and customer orientation
- Conscientious way of working
- Ability to work in a team
