We are looking for a committed group leader for the mixed-age group at our GELLERTSTRASSE location.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Co-design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children
• Co-design of a parenting partnership with the families
• Organization and implementation of excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed training as FABE, educator, or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
