Team Leader as a Registered Nurse HF/FH - (Fürstenau, 80 - 100%)

• You lead and manage 20 team members on a 28-bed ward
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process and correct documentation
• You organize and coordinate the diverse nursing daily routine and take on the daily responsibility in the department
• You conduct interprofessional rounds, roundtable discussions, and coordination meetings
• You ensure high nursing quality in collaboration with our nursing experts
• You support and promote trainees and students in the challenging nursing daily routine and their learning situations, with support from our education department
• You are committed to the management team for the further development of Thurvita

• Swiss-recognized diploma as a Registered Nurse HF / FH, very good German skills, and leadership training and/or leadership experience
• Enjoyment in relationship work with residents and interest in medical-technical activities
• The nursing process is central to you, and you are motivated by further development in working groups
• With your open manner and target-group-appropriate, solution-oriented communication
• With empowerment and empathy, you achieve appreciative collaboration with various contacts and committees
