You like to take responsibility, lead with passion and keep an overview even in hectic situations? Then become part of our team as Site Manager Cleaning and take on a varied leadership role with a lot of personal responsibility in the Greater Graubünden area.

What awaits you

• You support the Facility Services Manager with administrative and operational tasks as well as with the optimisation of processes and procedures in the cleaning sector.
• You lead and supervise a team of around 50–60 employees (mostly hourly paid), plan deployments and holidays, monitor working hours and absences, and ensure correct reporting.
• You coordinate our cleaning services and ensure a smooth process.
• You ensure compliance with our quality standards, conduct quality controls and implement targeted improvement measures.
• You look after our customers and are the contact person for employees and internal contacts.

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in cleaning, facility management or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the cleaning sector as well as leadership experience.
• Organisational talent, sense of responsibility as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style.
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and set the right priorities.
• Very good German skills as well as good MS Office knowledge.
• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel in the Greater Graubünden and Engadin area (company vehicle for your assignments and private use).
• Clean criminal record.
