Tasks

• Independently managing a station/section under the guidance of the head chef or the head of the house or their deputy (Deployment on all stations must be ensured)
• Competent in international and Swiss cuisine
• Mise en place and preparatory work
• Implementation of the specified workflows in the respective shifts
• Compliance with internal service and quality standards, hygiene, HACCP, and safety regulations

Profile

• Experience and completed professional training as a cook
• You have a flair for refined, efficient cooking and experience in upscale gastronomy
• Flexible, resilient team player with initiative and sensible prioritization of tasks
• Enjoy working with demanding national and international guests
• Primarily German and/or English language skills
• Impeccable appearance and a well-groomed exterior
