Main tasks in this role

• Main responsibility for the reliable planning and execution of installation projects
• Passionate leadership of a team
• Financial and scheduling responsibility for the assigned projects
• Customer advice and support 
• Project controlling and ongoing process optimization
• Ensuring timely project handover to the customer 
• Coordination with construction management as well as constructive collaboration with planners 
• Creating and processing offers and supplements 
• Creating partial and final invoices 
• Acquisition of additional orders 

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or electrical planner EFZ 
• (Planned) further training as an electrical project manager installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence or electrical installation and safety expert HFP
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and promoting employees
• Very good technical understanding as well as good MS Office skills 
• High level of social competence, assertiveness and sense of responsibility 
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working 
• Good analytical-conceptual skills as well as networked thinking and acting
• High customer and service orientation
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, resilient and flexible personality with a confident appearance and good manners 
• Enjoyment of a wide scope of action
