To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

F&B Administration 100% (m/f/d) starting February 2025 or by arrangement

What to expect

Contact person for internal and external customers regarding F&B inquiries
Administration and maintenance of internal F&B software systems
Coordination and communication of F&B events and promotions
Restaurant reservation management
Customer relation management
Creating and printing menus for all F&B outlets
Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
Maintaining office supply inventory
Various administrative tasks
Supporting the event coordinator in their duties

What you bring

You have completed training in the commercial sector, hospitality, or tourism. You are also well versed in the F&B area, have a strong IT affinity, and have already gained experience in a similar position. You work confidently and routinely with Micros Symphony.

You are fluent in German and English; any additional foreign language is a plus. You work independently and carefully and can rely on solid IT skills.

You are attentive, well organized, and always friendly. Responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a strong quality awareness particularly characterize you.
