To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
F&B Administration 100% (m/f/d) starting February 2025 or by arrangement
What to expect
- Contact person for internal and external customers regarding F&B inquiries
- Administration and maintenance of internal F&B software systems
- Coordination and communication of F&B events and promotions
- Restaurant reservation management
- Customer relation management
- Creating and printing menus for all F&B outlets
- Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Various administrative tasks
- Supporting the event coordinator in their duties
What you bring
You have completed training in the commercial sector, hospitality, or tourism. You are also well versed in the F&B area, have a strong IT affinity, and have already gained experience in a similar position. You work confidently and routinely with Micros Symphony.
You are fluent in German and English; any additional foreign language is a plus. You work independently and carefully and can rely on solid IT skills.
You are attentive, well organized, and always friendly. Responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a strong quality awareness particularly characterize you.
