Who we are looking for
A reliable, warm, and motivated personality who keeps an overview even on hectic days, remains charming on the phone, and supports us with a smile. Or in short: an MPA or FaGe with completed training who is eager to help shape our small, fine practice.
Tasks
- It never gets boring with us! Your duties include, among others:
- Caring for our patients from friendly reception to loving farewell
- Telephone service – with calmness, patience, and your wonderful voice
- Appointment management – you ensure that everything runs smoothly (or at least logically chaotic)
- Supporting the doctors in various daily practice tasks
- Coordination tasks – you keep the threads together while we handle the stethoscope
We expect
- Completed training as MPA or FaGe
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Organizational talent – or at least a convincing illusion of it
- Team spirit, humor, and resilience
