About the position
As an intern in Medical Affairs & Medical Compliance, you will gain valuable insights into the diverse responsibilities and tasks of the medical-scientific department of Sanofi-Aventis (Switzerland) AG with topics including drug information, drug advertising, event organization, pharmacovigilance, clinical studies, Medical Affairs as well as Medical Management, and support the team on various topics.

Main responsibilities:
- Support the Medical Compliance Officer in training, awareness, and communication
- Take on own smaller projects in Medical Compliance as an active part of the Medical Compliance team
- Create PowerPoint presentations and training materials for various compliance topics and assist in conducting trainings
- Maintain and further develop the internal knowledge archive on compliance issues (Medical Compliance SharePoint)
- Support compliance inquiries from various business units
- Support sponsorship and speaker contracts in various indication areas
- Support cross-functional projects (with Marketing, Scientific Communication, and Value, Access & Policy)
- Opportunity to participate in planning, organizing, and content preparation and follow-up of medical events with colleagues from the Medical Teams (e.g., congresses, workshops, advisory boards, etc.)
About you
Experience:
- Experience in clinical research is an advantage
Social skills / Technical abilities:
- General affinity for digital solutions in medical-scientific questions and projects
- Willingness and ability to self-organize and work remotely
- Very good communication and presentation skills as well as confident demeanor
- Team player with a high degree of initiative and independence
- Willingness to take responsibility and passion to achieve ambitious goals in a short time
Education:
- Completed studies (at least a Master’s degree in Human Medicine, Pharmacy, or other natural sciences)
Languages:
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required; French skills are an advantage
- You live in Switzerland
- Workload: Ideally 40 hours/week
- Location: Rotkreuz (3 days a week) and home office
- Start date from 01.05.2026 (or by arrangement) for a maximum of 12 months
