- You lead a pedagogical day group with nine people with support needs and design a daily routine close to everyday life and individual together with them.
- You actively accompany people with support needs in everyday life, implement individual care programs, and promote their personal development.
- You plan and reflect on pedagogical interventions and assess their impact.
- You contribute to organizational topics, project work, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You engage in team organization and contribute to the professional support and development of your colleagues.

- A completed training as a health specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification as well as experience in supporting people with support needs.
- You take responsibility, think along, and get involved – flexible, solution-oriented, and with an eye on the big picture.
- Social competence, creativity, and resilience characterize you. You remain confident even in demanding situations.
- You work independently but also appreciate exchange and progress together in the team.
- You are familiar with MS Office and approach administrative tasks with an open attitude.
