Your new job

• Reliably ensure the daily mail opening and internal mail delivery with the committed mail team
• Take over delivery routes at the Group's locations in Basel in case of bottlenecks
• Independently ensure the execution of internal copying and printing orders according to the defined copyshop service scope
• Actively manage and prioritize print orders as well as reliably communicate feasibility and lead times to internal clients
• Specifically support material management and related tasks
