To strengthen our team at the Dielsdorf location, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement as

Customs Declarant (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Independent preparation and execution of import, export, and transit customs clearances in connection with our transport and storage services, in particular:
  • Transits T1/T2, T-CH
  • Temporary imports and exports (e.g. 11.73 / 11.87 / 11.71) including free pass controls and extensions
  • Definitive imports and exports in EDEC
  • OZL, 11.95, 11.32
  • CARNET ATA
  • CITES
• Ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and guidelines
• Internal contact person for customs-related questions as well as support of customer communication on customs matters
• Communication with the responsible customs authorities
• Participation in the preparation of offers and in the creation of final invoices for customs and transport services
• Administrative support within the team as well as deputizing during absences

• Completed vocational training as a customs declarant or commercial training with further education in the customs field or comparable qualification
• Very good customs technical understanding and solid experience in customs clearance
• Precise, structured, and independent working style with high quality and responsibility orientation
• Ideally experience in international moving, art, or special forwarding
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office as well as in customs systems such as Passar and EDEC
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
