Building Services Technician (Heating) for Temporary Assignment
Activities
- Installation and assembly of heating systems in new and renovation buildings
- Laying of pipelines as well as installation of radiators and underfloor heating
- Commissioning of heating systems (oil, gas, heat pumps, solar)
- Maintenance, repair, and renovation of existing systems
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of malfunctions
- Execution of service and customer orders
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
- Documentation of the work performed
Requirements
- Completed training as a building services technician (heating), professional experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of modern heating technology and hydraulics
- Independent, reliable, and clean working style
- Customer-oriented demeanor and ability to work in a team
- Physical resilience
- Driving license category B is an advantage
