Your future area of responsibility

Cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel outlets – always with a focus on quality and personal guest care
Careful handling of guest property as well as compliance with all quality and hygiene standards
Proper use of cleaning and care products
Organization of floor offices, distribution of laundry and housekeeping items, processing of guest requests (e.g., baby or extra beds)
Preparation of rooms according to individual guest wishes as well as support with laundry and ironing service

Your profile

First professional experience in housekeeping and confident handling of cleaning agents, materials, and equipment
High degree of reliability, flexibility, and resilience even in stressful situations
Good sense of cleanliness and order as well as a trained eye for detail
Enjoyment of guest contact and creating an atmosphere to feel comfortable
Neat appearance as well as respectful and professional manners
Good language skills in German and English, additional foreign languages are an advantage
