Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring individual care and support for our residents
• Managing the care process in a therapeutic environment: daily structure, everyday activities
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the treatment team (doctors, therapists, social services, relatives)
• Electronic documentation of care services (RAI / LOBOS)

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Experience in psychosomatic and psychiatric settings is an advantage
• Empathy, appreciation, and team spirit
• Assertiveness and communication skills
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, humour, and resilience
