In your role as Client Services Officer within the Client Services team of the Global Products & Services (GPS) division, your main responsibility is the onboarding and the review of institutional clients and counterparties.
YOUR CHALLENGE

Managing and processing of account openings for institutional clients and counterparties in the division GPS. Including:

Performing due diligence on new clients

Requesting KYC information and documentation
-
Reviewing and verifying of received documentation

Assessing name and media screening hits
-
Writing KYCs
-

Overall responsible for the coordination and execution of client reviews within GPS
-
Drafting and maintaining manuals and guidelines for the teams working standards

Active involvement in the further development and testing of the teams’ workflow tool

Representing the team in bank-wide IT projects (i.e. providing/reviewing requirements, testing)

Conducting control tasks
YOUR PROFILE
-
At least 5 years’ experience in Relationship Management, Front Support or Risk/Compliance role in Banking

Good understanding of compliance standards and processes (incl. due diligence, KYC documentation, adverse news and media screening)

Good understanding of the Banking industry (incl. banking products, services, processes and regulations)
-
Good communication skills
-
Organized and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility

Able to work on own initiative
-
Good team player
-
Excellent command of spoken and written German and English, other language(s) will be an advantage
