To support our team within our general agency in the Riviera, which offers its insured clients high-level services in contract management and processing, we are looking for a Customer Support person, between 80 and 100%, for a fixed-term contract from October 2025 to March 2026.
The various tasks awaiting you:
- Support our agency advisors and brokers both in contract management and follow-up
- Open claims in all branches as well as handle motor vehicle and property agency claims
- Inform customers (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)
What makes you unique:
- Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a commercial employee CFC in the insurance field
- AFA certification or federal diploma is an asset
- Native French speaker, German and/or English as a second language is an asset
