• You operate and monitor our modern production facilities and ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly.
• Quality comes first: You ensure that our cheese products - including the Lucerne cream cheese - meet the highest standards.
• You consistently implement hygiene, safety, and process standards, making an important contribution to safe production.
• With your technical understanding, you identify optimization potentials and actively contribute ideas to further develop processes and equipment.
• You gladly share your knowledge and support employees as well as trainees in working with our equipment.
• Cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance work are also naturally part of your duties - ensuring our equipment runs reliably at all times.

• A completed training as a dairy technologist EFZ or a comparable qualification in food production.
• Experience in handling production equipment and good technical understanding.
• A high awareness of quality and hygiene as well as a careful working style.
• Willingness to work in an exciting 3-shift system within a 5-day week (early, late, and night shifts).
• Motivation to develop further and help shape the cheese dairy of tomorrow together with our team.
