New customer acquisition: active acquisition in (Western) Switzerland with a focus on the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries – using modern value-selling approaches
Customer retention: building and further developing long-term relationships as well as targeted expansion of key accounts
Negotiation skills: preparation, calculation and processing of tenders and offers with the goal of confident contract conclusions at decision-maker level
Market presence: representing the company at customers, trade fairs and industry events as well as co-designing product launches
Teamwork: close collaboration with international colleagues as well as operations and service teams for optimal customer care
Sales management: independent management of the sales area including reporting, target customer planning and compliance with standards
These skills characterize you
Several years of experience and proven success in B2B direct sales, preferably in building cleaning, cleanroom services or facility services
Confident in sales calculations and handling CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ideally further training in building cleaning / cleanroom or comparable qualification
Strong communication and negotiation skills, goal orientation as well as very good MS Office and commercial knowledge
High customer orientation, personal responsibility, flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 50%, driving license class B)
Very good German skills, good English skills, French desirable
Additional know-how in lean and change management is an advantage
