What to expect:
A great & friendly team consisting of 2 commercial apprentices, 2 specialists, and a manager, serving as the central contact point in our house and always ready to support you in any situation. Additionally, progressive employment conditions, attractive benefits, and fair compensation (between 70,000 and 100,000 depending on professional experience). Working hours are usually Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the workplace is at our "Studacker" location.
What you bring:
A completed EFZ training as a commercial employee (or comparable qualification) with at least 3 years of experience in the commercial field. Further training as an accounting clerk (or equivalent) completes your profile. Ideally, you have experience in healthcare, long-term care, or social services, possess very good PC user skills, and knowledge of industry software (ideally Abacus and Nexus/Home).
For contact with our residents and their relatives, you are characterized by empathy, service orientation, diplomacy, and discretion, and have excellent oral and written communication skills, a neat appearance, good time management, problem-solving skills, and organizational talent. Additionally, you enjoy optimizing and further developing accounting processes.
Your tasks:
You ensure that tasks related to the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes are professionally correct and appropriately fulfilled. This is done in close cooperation with the resident administration, our fiduciary office, and the supervising authority. Furthermore, you assist in preparing interim and annual financial statements and support payroll accounting.
In addition, you take over reception duties, competently advise residents, relatives, and third parties, ensuring that concerns are handled courteously and service-oriented.
