The land register forms the basis for legal transactions involving land and rights to land. It is crucial for the acquisition and loss of ownership of land and for the modification and transfer of rights thereto.
The Land Registry and Inheritance Office is looking for a land registry administrator and a land registry clerk to start immediately or by arrangement, for an 80-100% position.
Your tasks
- Independent preparation and processing of ongoing land registry transactions
- Management of the electronic land register (TERRIS)
- Functioning as a cantonal certifying officer with full certification authority, mainly in land registry matters
- Providing information and advice to customers
Your profile
- A completed administrative apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Professional experience in public administration is an advantage
- Precise and independent working style
