YOUR TASKS
- Deputizing the personnel management of the delivery department
- Ensuring professional, competent, and patient-oriented care quality
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with our attending physicians and other departments
- Co-care of patients and postpartum women in the maternity ward
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a certified midwife
- Professional experience in the delivery room area
- Initial leadership experience with corresponding further training or willingness to complete it
- High organizational skills, flexibility, resilience, social competence, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Independent working
- Good IT user skills
