YOUR TASKS

• Deputizing the personnel management of the delivery department
• Ensuring professional, competent, and patient-oriented care quality
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with our attending physicians and other departments
• Co-care of patients and postpartum women in the maternity ward

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a certified midwife
• Professional experience in the delivery room area
• Initial leadership experience with corresponding further training or willingness to complete it
• High organizational skills, flexibility, resilience, social competence, and a strong sense of responsibility 
• Independent working
• Good IT user skills
