To support our Accounts Payable team at the Vevey site for a period of about three months, we are looking for a: commercial employee or accounting assistant

The main tasks of this position are

• Process mail and scan supplier invoices
• Pre-enter supplier invoices into the Opale ERP
• Add the validation circuit
• Manage supplier reminders
• Follow up on open supplier items

We require

• A CFC diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in the accounting field 
• A developed sense of accuracy, as well as good quality in task execution
• Comfort with MS Office and office tools
• Fluency in French (spoken and written)
