To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Business Development Manager in German-speaking Switzerland (remote) for the German-Swiss market (Mittelland, Central Switzerland, and Eastern Switzerland). The goal is the sustainable expansion of our customer portfolio – through new customer acquisition and the development of existing customer relationships.
YOUR TASKS – WHAT AWAITS YOU
- Identification and acquisition of new customers and projects through regular customer visits (travel activity >50 %)
- Development and maintenance of strategic key accounts with a focus on sustainable growth and project development – including planning and conducting on-site customer visits
- Efficient management of incoming leads via our CRM system
- Close collaboration with the solutions engineering team to implement customer-specific projects
- Support in organizing and participating in regional trade fairs and exhibitions
- Preparation and presentation of monthly reports on planned measures, priorities, and improvement processes
- Definition of strategic initiatives for continuous optimization
YOUR PROFILE – WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 5 years of experience in customer acquisition and business development in field sales
- Technical knowledge preferred, ideally with an electromechanical background
- Fluent in Swiss German as well as English or French
- Driving license category B
