As a pool employee, you decide whether to accept an assignment. This allows you to organize your work schedule according to your needs. Assignment requests are made at short notice and according to tilia's needs. You benefit from a good introduction. In the process, you get to know the various residential areas as well as the care documentation, processes, and procedures at the tilia Köniz location and can also take on assignments at other tilia locations with this experience. We offer you work in various teams and thus an exciting, varied, and flexible workplace. The hours worked in the pool are paid in the following month including allowances, and the commute can be recorded as working time.
