The Neuhaus Foundation in Wängi, with around 130 employees, is one of the important employers in the region. In our residential and care center, 80 people find a home. Nursing Specialist for Night Shift (m/f)

50% - 70%

Area of responsibility:

• You gladly take overall responsibility at night and work according to the care processes
• Together with an experienced nurse, you ensure professional and resident-oriented care and support
• With your experience and overview, you master even complex situations with the necessary calm (a on-call service is always available to support you)
• You actively participate in the team development process

We expect:

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF, DN2, AKP, Psych KP
• Professional experience in geriatric care in Switzerland
• Current nursing knowledge in Kinaesthetics, RAI, and Palliative Care is desired
• High social competence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Commitment and joy in working with elderly people
• IT skills
• Very good oral and written German skills
