We are looking for our Martigny site:
You will provide quality psychiatric follow-up at home, your mission will be to support clients and their relatives throughout their care journey. As a true reference, you will contribute to prevention and psychosocial rehabilitation, while promoting autonomy and social inclusion. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play an essential role in maintaining the well-being of our clients.
