- You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of all IT platforms in the Accounting & Backoffice area.
- You ensure technological excellence, system integration, and future viability of the solutions used – in close cooperation with Group IT and other stakeholders.
- You develop and maintain the IT target architecture for the domain and evaluate technology trends.

In your new position, you are the missing puzzle piece that connects stakeholders and IT architecture designs. This ensures smooth communication, coordination, and collaboration.
The following tasks specifically await you:
- You coordinate personnel and resource planning and lead a team of around 10 employees.
- You ensure compliance and adhere to antitrust regulations in mergers and integration projects.
- You maintain close cooperation with Group IT, Data Owners, and other functions.
- You advise management and provide input for group-wide strategy development.
- You promote teamwork and knowledge exchange across various areas.
- You take operational responsibility for SaaS applications and individually customized solutions in asset management including lifecycle management.
- You are responsible for backlog prioritization and platform governance and work closely with the Service Owner Asset Management.

Your qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, technology consulting, or transformation projects.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, innovation management, and technological strategy in the asset management environment.
- Leadership experience with at least 10+ FTEs, including technical specialists.
- High integration competence and overview of complex system landscapes.
- Analytical and conceptual skills, audience-appropriate presentation of architecture and business requirements.
- Independent, proactive, and customer-oriented working style.
- Enthusiasm, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
- Fluent German skills; English and French are an advantage.
