About the job

• Co-responsibility for the 8 Ermitage Stuben with breakfast service, soup and salad at noon for our hotel guests as well as the ERMITAGE culinary (half-board) in the evening
• Co-responsible for the reception and seating of restaurant guests, creating the seating plan
• Co-responsibility for the bar and lobby area
• Care of our à la carte guests
• Conducting and providing seminars, banquets and catering
• Conducting service briefings
• Compliance with standards and workflows according to internal guidelines
• Co-responsibility in the leadership and targeted training of employees
• Co-responsibility in creating the duty roster
• Conducting interview and probationary period discussions
• Monitoring cleanliness, order and condition of the restaurant
• Handling complaints and forwarding to superiors and management
• Assisting in the implementation and further development of internal standards in the restaurant
• Ensuring internal communication flow
• Adhering to workflows according to the internal manual

You have

• a completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ
• several years of leadership experience in upscale hospitality in the half-board area as well as in the à la carte restaurant
• profound knowledge of wine, beverages and spirits
• a clean and thorough working method and a high quality standard for yourself
• excellent professional knowledge
• a high level of service readiness
• organizational talent
• a neat appearance and good manners
• good foreign language skills in English and French
