About the job
The (a) stands for all. All, regardless of gender, age, origin. Because we are convinced that mixed teams are more successful. We build with joy - will you build with us?
Your Craft
- You manage versatile road construction projects from A to Z – from AVOR through operational and financial management to site administration.
- A team on equal footing: You continuously optimize construction scheduling together with the foreman.
- You solve new challenges together with the client and the planning team – with creative approaches, innovation, and team spirit.
- Safety, claims management, and digitalization are just as much a part of your work as clean road guidance.

- You have completed training as a certified construction manager or civil engineer or master builder? Perfect.
- If interdisciplinary interest, coordination talent, and team spirit are not foreign words to you, you will certainly bring your projects successfully to completion.
- We communicate with each other. You bring strong communication skills and can clearly express your concerns on equal footing.

- Your workplace in Interlaken – where construction sites have a view of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.
