Start of work: Immediately or by arrangement

Core tasks:

• You independently plan and design teaching units in the MSc Nursing and conduct them including evaluation, continuously developing them – always based on current scientific findings
• You supervise student performance records and master theses in close cooperation with the module coordinators
• You actively participate in research and development projects
• You take on defined work packages (planning, data collection and evaluation, publications) and contribute to project acquisition – for example through literature research or the preparation of project proposals

Depending on profile and interest:

• Management of a clearly defined subproject in a research project
• Tasks in continuing education offers or service projects of the institute
• Collaboration in teaching-related project and working groups, e.g. digitization or AI • Contributions to internal knowledge transfer and the strategic further development of the MSc Nursing and research & development at the Institute of Nursing

You bring with you:

• Completed master's degree (MSc) in nursing or health sciences with at least two years of professional experience – or a bachelor's degree with several years of relevant professional practice
• Experience in nursing practice and/or in research projects
• Very good German and good English skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as a structured and responsible way of working

Advantageous:

• Experience in project management
• First teaching experience in a university environment or a methodological-didactic further education
• Interest in further scientific qualification (e.g. PhD)
• Independent working style, clear and appreciative communication as well as willingness to actively contribute own perspectives to team processes
