- Representing the head chef and taking over the operational kitchen management during their absence
- Responsibility for a smooth workflow of all processes in the kitchen
- Professional preparation and presentation of hot and cold dishes, including front cooking and serving

Our catering offer provides the perfect setting for meetings, breaks, aperitifs, and dinners.
