In tandem with our nursing professionals, you care for our patients and orient yourself according to the nursing models established at LUKS
You regularly take on tasks in the ward secretariat and independently and responsibly shape this area, performing administrative and logistical activities and thus contributing to a smooth daily ward routine
You value adherence to our nursing guidelines and standards and actively contribute to the further development of nursing quality and effectiveness in your area of responsibility
With your commitment to instructing, accompanying, and assessing our trainees, you significantly contribute to the professional and personal development of the next generation

Your Experience

You hold a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence as a Health Specialist (EFZ) and want to contribute your knowledge in a committed team
You are characterized by your resilience, flexibility, and strong communication skills and appreciate teamwork
In dealing with patients and their relatives, you show empathy and high social competence
Your precise and reliable way of working as well as your high IT affinity ideally complete your profile
