The VitaFutura AG is responsible for the outpatient and inpatient care and support of people from Volketswil and the surrounding area on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil. As a non-profit stock corporation, we employ around 110 staff in the areas of Spitex, nursing homes, care centers, day care, and senior apartments. We also operate a restaurant for our residents and for the public.

Your Tasks
As a certified nursing specialist, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our clients in their homes. You are responsible for the care process on-site and document it electronically. You promote efficient collaboration among all involved parties, coordinate services, and act with consideration for our clients. In addition, you value regular exchange, further development within the team, and with other professionals.
Your Profile
For this position, we value an open and friendly personality who enjoys taking initiative and working with enthusiasm. You have a degree as a nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification and flexible working hours are not a hindrance for you. High professional and social competencies, organizational flair, and networked thinking characterize you, and you also have good PC skills. You are proficient in German, both spoken and written. Having a driver's license and a personal car is an advantage; otherwise, new e-bikes are available.
