What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- support production in case of process and product deviations.
- continuously contribute to optimizing our processes and implementing improvement ideas.
- technically accompany and supervise processes such as non-destructive testing, assembly, calibration, polishing, and finishing.
- work closely with departments such as R&D, Technology & Innovation, and Order Handling.
- participate in the introduction of new products and processes.
- perform maintenance on equipment within the framework of TPM.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have completed a basic mechanical or electrical training.
- have further training as a process specialist or a comparable qualification.
- have good MS Office skills and communicate confidently in German.
- ideally bring experience in production or process optimization.
- think and act solution-oriented, enjoy working with people, and show initiative.
- feel comfortable working in a 2-shift operation and have a high awareness of process responsibility.
